We have been refurbishing the San José Odd Fellows Community Center Hall to put it into wider service to our South Bay neighbors, and we have been doing so on a tight budget. Part of this was we needed to repair a damaged basement vent and it had to be custom made. Classic Glass listened, and understood our needs and our constraints. They worked with us to order the custom part, and gave us instructions to install the replacement ourselves. Could not ask for more empathetic customer service.
