Mr. Booker in parts is an amazing specialist. Always so friendly and knowledgeable
A terrible place. Placed online order. Been 2 weeks and received nothing. No response to my email of course so I called. A woman answered & said she needed get a supervisor. I overheard her tell him my connection wasn't great and good luck on hearing me because it sounded like I was eatin chitlins or smacking on some watermelon. Me being a person of color I was infuriated and sad because can't believe white folk still talk like this. Especially a woman!
Parts department has no clue how to file a warranty claim. Only one person, Julia, is "familiar" with the process. Ha! That's not true. Contacted the manager, Ricky Bobby, to complain, he doesn't care. He's too busy trying to figure out what to do with his hands. Never answer the phone. Never return calls. Just leave them a VM, "we'll get back to you." Nope. In person, they make you wait at the counter until they are done playing Solitaire on the computer. Absolutely the most useless, worthless humans.
