Great customer service! My recalls couldn’t all be completed on the original day due to parts availability, but they got me back in quickly and finished everything for my 2020 Ford Explorer. They had to keep my vehicle overnight and even provided me with a rental, which I liked so much that I may consider purchasing one in the future. Brandy and Johnathan was awesome they both were very informative and guided me to purchase my new vehicle. Amazing work guys.
I wish they allowed zero stars. They will scam you. They will sell you junk and convince you its gold. After they make you sign papers they will refuse to talk to you. So unless you want a two ton paper weight take your money elsewhere. Mr owner is hope you read this and know you've ruined someone else's experience.
