I ordered a bouquet for my mother for Mother's day that never got there. There was no phone call from the company to explain, and I can't get anyone to answer the phone when I call. My order was over $150 dollars, and nothing from the company, no communication at all. I had to hear it from my mother that nothing showed up there. Angry and very disappointed. I can't even get an explanation, any person on the phone or email, let alone a refund. What kind of operation are you running?
Truly hate giving bad reviews to small businesses, but this was a very disappointing experience. Ordered flowers for delivery 3 days prior to the requested delivery date. Address was accepted as the delivery address on the website. Delivery date goes by, no delivery and neither myself nor the recipient received a call. Beautiful flowers, great service!
Great service and superior products. Two recent orders I placed were delivered on time and in great condition. The 12 red roses were very healthy and lasted longer than expected. I also order a Valentines gift featuring Bird of Paradise flowers. The shop called me to explain they could not get those flowers in time. But to my surprise, the delivery two days later featured two amazing Birds of Paradise! My wife was very pleased with both of these great arrangements. Well done! - Kirk from Lakefield
