terrible company, as first reviewer stated, impossible to get help. Id say install with someone else so that if you ever need help you can reach and talk with someone. not worth having to chase people down to get no result. a business should know to take care of the customer. Behaving they way they do is exactly how to get a bad rep and it seems they haven't learned from the first review
FERRAZZANO installed the carpet in my new house 2 and 1/2 years ago. It has a 10 year warranty. They say any claim must go thru them. I contacted them 7 weeks ago (Brandon and MIllie) in order to repair a spot that was losing the Tufts and I have gotten no resolution nor have they set up an appointment for the carpet to be inspected. I suppose I will have to call Shaw carpeting myself to see if I can get a resolution. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY THE WAYSIDE.
