This company absolutely sucks. They were subcontracted through Maronda homes during my build. First……they started tiling master shower with way too large of a gap at the bottom between the shower basin and cement board. My home inspector had to stop them. The. After moving in..I had them come back 6 times to fix the the listello tiles in the same shower. 6 times….and it’s STILL messed up. If you need any tiling done…..do NOT use this company.

We built a house with Simpkins Home Builders and Classic Floors by Ferrazanno did all of the flooring. The quality of the work is very poor and the people at the office are unresponsive.

I have two bathrooms that have to be totally redone…. One was not squared for tiling so it is as crooked as can be The other bath was a vinyl overlay and we paid for tile…. our builder says it will be taken care of and it has been almost a year.Tile company does not return calls Do not use this company

They have been contracted with to do my floors through Landsea. No showed for two appointments and didn't have material for the third. Master shower is graded improperly causing water to just sit. And a shower transitition not even grouted in. Threshold transitions not installed. Absolutely terrible service and work.
