Coming from Houston, I would choose to make the drive to Grapevine again and again to experience their superior customer service. 7 days of the week. They are good people. Don't ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. Horrible customer service. The truck I had worked on broke down on highway 30 blocking the lanes. Cost me over $400 to have it towed. I don't think i've ever been lied to so many different times. If you're smart, you'll stay clear of this dealership!
Update: Almost 10 weeks now and still nothing from the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Please everyone never do business with these people!!! Take your business anywhere but a Classic dealership. Update...Over 6 weeks now and nothing. Still no warranty paperwork from them or even an update on what is going on. Guess at this point I can just pray there is no issue with the transmission. All I can tell you is NEVER buy a car from any Classic owned dealership because I know I won't. 2 weeks have passed and now just ignoring my emails. Classic is a shady place to do business with. Sean at Classic South will ignore emails after the sell and I guess turns out to be your typical used car salesman. I will never buy another car from a Classic dealership and I don't recommend anyone ever does. Sad sad place of business!!!
