I would actually pick zero stars on the service department. The 2025 Chevrolet with less than 30K miles the alert to update the software has been popping up for a week but won’t do the update, disconnected from car play and will not let me pair the phone. I stopped by the service department in Grapevine where 6 service employees were sitting around a table visiting and the guy told me that no one could do the update I would have to leave the vehicle for about 6 days in order to get the update done by then even though it is u... read more
