Had our car towed here because we just replaced the fuel pump at 30 k miles on our equinox and it’s having the same issues at 59k miles. Don’t buy this car! Especially from a dealership that has sold you a lemon, has managers that do not answer their phones or return messages, staff that sets appointments with someone out of the office, and makes you wait 2 business days to even look at your vehicle. The list goes on. Waiting to hear about what is being done with our 2023 Equinox.

At 60 years old I have bought a lot of cars at dealerships This is my 3rd from courtesy But last Every time I’ve bought here it’s been hell but I always give them another chance but never again I got a new rouge it had a engine recall Bad engine cane blow Got a letter from Nissan take to the dealership asap Went to courtesy where I bought it new They made excuses oh it’ll be in November And this was back in may So November they say it’ll be next year February or so 2026 I said ok I bring it in I’ll need a loner Oh we don’t d... read more

To me buying a car is a whooping. However Troy Scott made it extremely tolerable. Yes that is in a good way. Troy was great to work with, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and he tolerated our 2 dogs. As did so many others there. Haha. Only complaint is they were busy so we had to wait our turn. Thank you Classic Chevrolet.
