Purchased a Napoleon bbq from the beaches location in 2021. The bbq has been great, but recently it has not been working optimally. Contacted their main head office and they sent John and Jacob to service my bbq. They arrived on time, were friendly and knowledgeable. Not only were they able to fix the issue but they also gave me some great tips to avoid issues in the future. Every company needs a John and Jacob on their team. Needed an estimate for a new gas line, plus a quick fix and some instruction on how to use our gas fireplace (we moved in recently, it didn't come with a manual). Matt was awesome, did quick work and gave me a quote without any hassle. Very friendly, highly recommend.
Cannot say enough about classic fireplace. Steve at the Beaches location was extremely knowledgeable about the Napoleon products and helped us build out a complete outdoor kitchen. They were fast, friendly and pricing extremely competitive. Install guys were also awesome and walked me through the new products.
