Highly disorganized and untimely responses, they claimed to have missed and forgot about orders. Wish there was another option for catering at the reitz
Staff was incredibly polite and helpful, but the cake I ordered was really expensive and not very good.
This is an incompetent catering company. They consistently underperform in terms of accounting for the size of large parties. Truly unfortunate that they overcharge and underdeliver for student organizations. I would recommend avoiding their services. This could be difficult considering the monopoly they hold over the Reitz Union.
