I reached out to this company for my wedding reception in Des Moines. They told me they could deliver on friday and pick up on monday for a $90 fee. The issue is, and I told them about this, I live in Cedar Falls and can't do any set up until Saturday and have to be OUT on sunday morning leaving me with holding onto tables somehow until Monday (the day we're on a plane to our honeymoon). We rented a tent this past weekend and it needed to be up by noon. Upon delivery, it was windy but the workers bragged about putting tents up in worse weather. It was supposed to be up by noon. The 3 workers spent half that time on their phones and then at 1pm took a lunch break until 2:30. When I called to tell them they needed to come back and have the tent up by 5:30; they were back after 3pm. Attempted one more time and began to pack up and said it couldn’t be done. Morgan, The crew that was setting your tent had over 25 years’ experience in the tent business between them. Most of the lead installers texting and phone time was talking to the Operations manager Mark Williams telling him it was not safe installing the tent in 25-35 mile per hour winds with gusts upwards of 45 miles per hour. We always try to be safe and have the crews make the call in the field. Ordered 4 table skirts and they substituted the skirts with full length table cloths. When my son stopped and picked them up they were already packaged. He drove 2 hours to bring them to me only to find out they had sent full length table cloths not skirts. I had to scramble to find skirting to borrow as I already had full length cloths. They refuse to return my money and are blaming their mistake on my son stating he should have inspected the items when he picked them up. We rented a table and cloth for our event at LaLa Salon & Spa in Ankeny, IA. The pricing was fair and delivery/pick-up went smoothly! Everyone we dealt with was super friendly as well. We'll definitely use you all again in the future.
