I don't know what you people did but my wife has been crying since she got home from your salon. She took a picture of what she wanted and came back looking totally different from that picture. The cut isn't the same. The fade or whatever you call the color transition is nonexistent. It's totally and completely wrong from what she asked for.
She did a great job. Love my hair.thank u.
