This type of company can only be as good as their customer service. I am an interior designer and I love the convenience of having shipped merchandise opened and inspected. I used to do it myself and on even the smallest shipment, assessing damage order completeness is the hardest part of delivery. I had a client’s $6750 sofa come in with creases in the leather. Your team was fantastic! They all worked super hard unpacking, cleaning up, measuring according to the designer's floor plans, hanging mirrors and ensuring everything was correctly placed.
