This type of company can only be as good as their customer service. I am an interior designer and I love the convenience of having shipped merchandise opened and inspected. I used to do it myself and on even the smallest shipment, assessing damage order completeness is the hardest part of delivery. I had a client’s $6750 sofa come in with creases in the leather.
