We used this company to move out and store all of the furniture, including a pool table, so that we could remodel a customers basement. After the basement was finished they brought back all the furniture and set back up the pool table they had taken apart. Some of the furniture pieces came back with small amounts of damage, which to my surprise, they, without hesitation, took back and fixed. I own and interior design firm, and work with warehouses across the country for client deliveries. The folks at Classic are fabulous! From Marshall at the warehouse handling estimates and communicating with me about scheduling, to the crew of guys, led by Marcus, that handled the furniture delivery and art hanging for me- I was so impressed. Everyone was polite, courteous and had a great attitude. I highly recommend the whole team, and plan to work with them again!

While our belongings arrived mostly intact, they refused to honor $4,000 in property damage caused by an improper washer hookup despite our photo evidence and a licensed contractor’s inspection and two months to review. Facts. The flooring contractor discovered the leak as the buckled hardwood floor was being removed, so it would have been impossible for the company to inspect before demolition.
