10/10 recommend. Dr. Simpson is hands down the best dentist I’ve been to. I’ve had negative experiences at other places which made me hesitant to go back to the dentist ever again but I am so glad that I decided to choose this office. Staff were friendly, Dr.Simpson is knowledgeable, honest, efficient and has a strong focus for patient care. I’m a first timer with this office, I actually never even got seen by the dentist, uhh Dr. white, and I still feel the need to give a review. Long story short, I got there 10 minutes early and was still waiting to be seen 20 minutes after my appointment slot so about ~30 minutes of waiting. I’ve had extensive work done in my teeth this year and never had to wait more than 2 minutes past my appointment, because I always showed up early. I was so pleased with this practice. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Dondra Simpson made you feel very welcome. And explained everything so you could understand. I hightly reccomend this practice. He gave you the choices and let you decide. He did not force anything on you. I drove an hour to get to him and didn't mind it at all.
All staff I have encountered have been very professional and attentive to their clients (me) needs. I had an extraction and Dr. White made me feel very comfortable even though I was a nervous wreck! The work she performed was absolutely needed and I am very happy with the care and attention she gave me along with the level of comfort I was given. Thank you Dr. White!!!
