I was so pleased with this practice. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Dondra Simpson made you feel very welcome. And explained everything so you could understand. I hightly reccomend this practice. He gave you the choices and let you decide. He did not force anything on you. I drove an hour to get to him and didn't mind it at all.
All staff I have encountered have been very professional and attentive to their clients (me) needs. I had an extraction and Dr. White made me feel very comfortable even though I was a nervous wreck! The work she performed was absolutely needed and I am very happy with the care and attention she gave me along with the level of comfort I was given. Thank you Dr. White!!!
Dr. White was incredible! She quickly got to the root cause of my pain and was so helpful in explaining everything clearly and offering practical suggestions. Tammy was the sweetest—so kind and supportive throughout the entire appointment. I truly felt cared for. Highly recommend!
Okay. 2 weeks post tooth extraction & let me just say I was very nervous of the process. The lady at the front desk was very reassuring & kind. The other ladies who done my procedure were awesome & gentle. When I did feel a little pain, they stopped immediately & I was numbed again. I didnt know about dry socket until after the fact but I did. everything I was told & didn't develop dry socket so I think I'm in the clear now. Everyone was awesome! Very respectful, explained everything they had to do for my daughter who is 15 and a little on the shy side. My daughter said she liked everyone also, even though she typically doesn't like going to any doctor. They were also very thorough.
