Denise was very kind and has a lovely personality, and I truly believe she cares about her clients. However, I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I have very tight, curly hair that had about two years of growth and reached my shoulders when dry. After my appointment, my hair now sits around ear length when dry, is uneven, and looks very poor even when straightened. This is a drastic and unexpected change.
