Told the hairdresser my grandson is autistic and she very rudely stated I don’t do kids that are autistic and/or have to be held down. She was very condescending and rude. Never in my life have I ever come in contact with someone like that especially over a special needs little 3 year old boy!! Never will go there again. Nicole did an amazing job on my son’s haircut and made the experience that much better. I can see why she has worked there so long. We will be back.
