They completely ruined my ring that was made by my father in law that passed away. I am crying till this day. I waited a while to post this review and have decided to post. I will never go back. I absolutely hate this store.
Some watches are overly priced around $ 200- 300 more than the actual company Retail price and if you ask them they will not listen and just defend themselves by saying oh the company price went up - even if the company online price and on the tag on watch shows lower price - they will use an excuse that company price went up really ? For a watch thats already discontinued ok
I found making a purchase at Classic Creation a very professional experience. I was wondering about availability of several timepieces I was interested in. After texting them within minutes Marnie responsed to me that they did have these watches available to see. When I visited the store Marnie was very helpful explaining the differences between the watches I was interested in. This resulted in an informed decision.
