Loved the service at Classic Creations. The staff were genuinely passionate and knowledgeable — they took the time to explain every detail of my chain repair and perfectly adjusted my unique watch bracelet. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the showroom itself is stunning. Highly recommend!
After visiting multiple stores at Yorkdale Mall and being turned away because I didn’t purchase my watch from them, I was relieved to find Classic Creations. They welcomed me without hesitation and resized my watch on the spot. Marnie was incredibly hospitable and made the entire experience seamless. Excellent place to buy a watch , great selection. Dealt with the Sam who is the owner and Jami in sales , both exceed in customer service . Would highly recommend Classic Creations . I have been a customer since 2004 , and I feel this is why they have been around so long, because of their high standards of quality of sales and service.
