I'll try to come back and give details, but I have 40 emails and a slew of visits to organize. Over MONTHS of visits/revisits for help thru EmPower's free help program, Classic Cozy completely and literally left me out in the cold. Now they're too busy to help, and told me to go elsewhere. They've taken zero ownership of the fact I did everything I was supposed to and they just dropped me, just blaming the State. I'm sure the fact that I didn't sign their $10,500 contract had nothing to do with it.

We've had this company do so many projects for us from installing a new furnace, whole house insulation and now we are working on another project. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and great work ethic that comes from all those that represent Classic Cozy. Definitely worth putting your hard earned dollars in the hands of these folks. When you find a contractor that does what you've asked them to do, there's no question you'd want to hire them back. Give Joe Branagan a call for your next job!
