Everything was perfect. Will not go anywhere else ever. We got the Brides wedding dress, Mother of the bride and Mother of the groom dress, all the bridesmaids and flower girl dresses. I highly recommend The Classic Couple.
The classic couple is the first and only place I ended up going for my wedding dress. Only dresses in my price range were pulled for me to try on, and I found the perfect dress I’m under an hour. My try on experience and all of my fittings were always great - whole experience was wonderful. My dress ended up being beyond perfect, and I wish I could do my wedding all over again just to put the dress back on!
Purchased a bridesmaid dress from this shop. I ended up not being in the wedding and asked if I could return it. The dress was still in their possession, not sized or fitted and I had a receipt and paper copy that I signed that never once said no refunds. The owner Sue, refused to refund me. She said they would loose out on all that money since they placed an order...which again isn’t true because they added a $15 charge to help cover that shipment fee. Horrible customer service. This is a bridal boutique where I can go and know that my feelings and needs will be addressed. Susan and Toni do everything so that the process is stressless and all about the right dress. I can’t wait to see how my wedding dress looks on me the day of my wedding. I purchased all my flute recital gowns and my prom gown there when I was younger and I knew it was the place to get my engagement and bridal gowns. Thank you, Classic Couple!!
