My sister's wedding was such a mess because of the catering. The passed hors d'oeuveres were over an hour late resulting in a 2 hour cocktail hour and delayed the whole reception. Meals were forgotten, the food was dry, and the cake was brown and was overcooked. The most talked about part of the wedding was not how beautiful the bride looked but what a mess the catering was and how bad the food was!
