Great service and job well done
I called Classic at 4 in the morning on a Saturday. The phone was answered immediately with kindness and reassurance. Total disaster in our basement. Water was 2-4 inches deep. The crew showed up and worked from 7-3. (Nonstop). Super professional. Highly recommended.
They don't finish jobs that they say there going to do i have called them a lot to be told they get back to me. And never do
I write very few reviews however I wanted to share the experience of my in laws about this company. Their home was destroyed by a natural disaster over 7 months ago. This company has been nothing but lies and broken promises. Their communication is horrible. They can’t even get an estimate completed or return a phone call. I can’t speak for their work but if it is anything like the way they conduct business, I would assume it is subpar as well. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for general contracting needs.
