Have had 3 mini-splits installed in the last year, plus service for house unit. Great service. Very pleasant office staff and very reliable service technicians. I’ve had the honor of meeting 3 different technicians and 2 apprentices. Would highly recommend. They were recommended to us, by a Master electrician who did an estimate for me. We are new homeowners in Cumberland, after relocating from Florida. Didn’t have any knowledge about businesses in the area, so we went off of referrals from other businesses.

We are huge fans of Classic Comfort! After using other HVAC companies, we know from experience Classic Comfort is the best company in RVA. Over the last five years, we have turned to Classic Comfort to purchase two mini split units for a guest house and a dual fuel HVAC system for our house as well as the annual maintenance plan. Had to replace a 16 year old system. Classic Comfort made it easy. I have had 4 systems installed in 3 different houses, I won’t use anyone else! They are priced fairly and if they have issues they take responsibility and make it right. Highly recommend!
