We have used Classic Comfort for all of our HVAC needs at two different properties for 20+ years. They have done new installs with complex situations, along with maintenance for all of the units. Classic Comfort installed my Trane heat pump nine years ago. Recently, the outside unit had been not running intermittently. Kevin came and quickly diagnosed it as a control board problem and he ordered a replacement board. A few days later, Mathew was back to install the new board and get it running again. Both did a great job. Neither seemed to mind me picking their brains and looking over their shoulders while they worked. And they weren’t bothered by my crazy dogs.
