classic collision is one of Florida’s East Coast best collision centers. I will highly recommend anyone needing any type of repair work done to contact classic collision. If I could give them six stars, I will give them six stars, but since Google only wants to give out five, I have to give them five.
The work done to my car was great, but I got more messages about filling out a survey and to review them than I ever did about the progress about my car. Severely disappointing.
I would not recommend them to anyone. They had my vehicle for a total of fifteen business days on two separate occasions to fix a bumper. I struck a hub cap on the highway and it put a single four inch hole in the bumper. Progressive Insurance told me to take it to Classic Collision on Garden Street in Titusville. They stated several times that the part they ordered was damaged and several times the part they ordered was incorrect. It has been two weeks past the time I was told it would take to fix vehicle as I was told when dropped off. Still waiting on tonneau cover. Told me they ordered wrong size tonneau cover so wasted another trip. Said it would get fixed early next week -middle of May- still haven’t heard anything- won’t respond to text - been since April trying to get fixed-paid the deductible first of May-they’ve been paid by Progressive Insurance.
As always a very professional and like brand new repair! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!!!
