Took my Challenger in for repairs after hit and run. They gave me an estimate for replacing door since the dent was so deep I told them that would be fine agreed to the estimate and told them to go ahead with the repairs. For some reason the shop took it upon themselves to just pull the dent out of the door and repaint without letting me know or getting my approval for the change.
