I had issue after issue with this shop. A repair that should have taken 2 weeks (7-10 days for the part to be ordered and 2 days for the repair) took 3 months. Jaeson McNulty repeatedly threatened and yelled at me. On a recorded phone call, he also lied to me telling me that he was going to have to order another part and I’d have to bring my vehicle yet again for that to be replaced (no part needed to be ordered and replaced, per my insurance). Solid work.
I've taken a couple Vehicles here so far and they haven't screwed me over yet. The only thing that really slows him down is waiting for the parts. The estimation completion date is pretty close most of the time. Out of the three vehicles have brought here so far only one of them took longer because Nissan is hard to get parts up here.
