Exceptional service
Classic Collision is unethical and overcharges individuals and insurance. I brought my Ford Escape to Classic Collision for repairs. They provided an initial estimate of around $2300 for parts and repairs. I put down $1000 for parts, and they said it would take 3 to 3 weeks to complete. After 3 weeks, I had to call them for an update, and I was informed that they had not even disassembled my car yet.
