Someone hit me which is never fun, and this was the shop I selected from my insurance. Customer service was great. I did not wait around for much. Dropped my car off for estimation, which was quick. Dropped it off for repair, which was even faster. Picked up nice and clean and the job was done super fast. Insurance paid for everything, but the pricing seemed fair for the amount of damage. I would recommend if you have options.
Unfortunately, I’ve had to take my car in twice to this shop after being hit by other drivers but they’ve made the entire process seamless. Their work made my car look just as it did when I purchased it. I also appreciate them completing repairs in a timely manner. I’ve worked with Tyler on both occasions and he’s been beyond helpful and professional.
Really great customer service. Help me right away. Made me feel comfortable, explained everything to me, and while my vehicle was in the shop Tyler and his crew was working on my car, they kept me Informed about my vehicle, really polite guy. Great people skills. I’m very satisfied of the work they’ve done, most definitely recommended place to go.
