The reception staff was very kind and communication was generally good, but the quality of the work was disappointing and felt rushed. I brought in my Toyota expecting it to be fully repaired, but I was given the car back unfinished because they were still waiting on parts. Now I have to take additional time out of my schedule to return and have the work completed. This place took care of my car when I was in a 4 car crash on the highway. They did such a nice job and kept me informed the whole time. They returned my car clean and I felt like they knew what they were doing.
Excellent shop, would recommend! My insurance company contracted this shop for a deer strike and I couldn't have been happier with them. Extremely friendly staff and let me know how the repairs were going throughout the process. My car looks new now - and it was even cleaned! I would absolutely go back to this shop for any future needs.
Great customer service! I appreciated how they kept me informed of the vehicle's progress in the shop. The turn around was pretty quick and I am extremely happy with the results. Thank you guys at Classic Collision!
