Mario was extremely helpful and commutative throughout the process, he made it a stress free experience. Having to get my car fixed after an accident was a daunting task with being new to the city, but the whole process was seamless. Not to mention the great work.
I think Tesla made it a little difficult for them to provide the service they guaranteed. But in general, their customer service is very good. And the finished product was done really well
Quality, efficient,courteous service! Have been a customer of Carrillo's for 20 plus years. This is the 4th car they have worked on for me. Carrillo's was great and I was honestly a little worried that like most businesses that have sold the quality and customer service would suffer. I can honestly say it's not only as good, but better! Clear communication, friendly staff, and quicker repairs! Pleasantly surprised!
