Very friendly staff especially the receptionist.
Classic Collision offered prompt and friendly service. I had a couple minor things I wanted to take a look at and they allowed me to return the vehicle to fix the issue.
My vehicle was restored to new condition after much hail damage. My experience was top notch, I was greeted upon my arrival with welcoming customer service. I was informed of the process, told of procedures, and my truck was completed on time, actually a day earlier then scheduled. I did an inspection of my truck with them, my truck was clean, and waiting for me upon pickup. I would highly recommend Classic Collision, Shelby NC for your auto needs.
