I was surprised by the amount of 5 star reviews on google for classic collision and assumed they were fake but after having my car in their shop, I can confirm that they are that stellar. The care they took with my car was already great (it came out looking brand new despite a lot of damage from a car accident) but in addition to the worksmanship, being able to share my preference regarding communication timeframes and styles was a huge bonus. Great experience
When my car was in a hit and run, Classic Collision by far gave me the best service out of everyone I spoke to during the experience. I was originally planning on having my car serviced by a different auto repair company closer to my house in Minneapolis, but when my insurance provider mistakenly instructed the tow company to bring it to the wrong location and company, it ended up being a big blessing in disguise.
