Very polite receptionist and estimators. I was planning to have to leave my car but they were able to fix my car as I waited, in under an hour. They even wiped off some paint from a scuff that was unrelated to the issue I paid for. Highly recommend!
Update: After all of the bellow, the situation was finally made right by having me take my truck to Don at the airport location. He went above and beyond and did an excellent job fixing the issues properly. Based on that experience alone, I would rate it 5 stars. However, I’m leaving this at 4 stars overall because I should not have had to go through all of this in the first place to get there. Terrible job. Someone hit us and State Farm sent us there. They had my car for 3 weeks. On the way home the ac didnt work, the fender started falling apart and at home we noticed the fuse box wasnt mounted to the fender. This is going to get escalated and I am expecting to be made whole.
