Horrible experience went here 2 times. Manager admits some of her “professional” technicians half asses the job they did to my car and had to buy parts again after blaming me saying it was my fault. After they were finally “repaired” they broke a week after picking up the car then claimed I hit something? Mind you I drove the car 2 times and I purposely drive out of the way of things in the road because it’s lowered… I request them to do the job right to which she says it was on right you broke it and said she can’t do anyth... read more
Incompetent, slow, lazy, didn't do the job correctly charged me for things they installed incorrectly that broke. When the car was finally "fixed" it all broke in a week and they claimed it was my fault again when I drove the vehicle two times... Refused to repair or refund. Corporate doesn't respond... Worthless. Avoid at all costs as even the manager admitted her "professional technicians" half assed the work and that is why it broke. Would give 0 stars if I could.
The staff was kind and polite
Performed excellent work on my truck at a reasonable price. Great communication and customer service in top notch!
