If I could I would give zero stars. They gave me back my car multiple times still messed up ( broken CVs well as multiple things broken still) the tire they had replaced literally blew up two-3 months after I finally did get my car back . Now a year later realizing all the duct tape they used under my bumper (boyfriend works for a body shop confirmed how bad the work they did was done) my door handle that wasn’t even affected ended up broken in their care which it’s still broken!! I was very satisfied with Classic Collision. They kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. They provided me a ride to and from my home. That helped me. I received my car clean inside and out. The staff was very friendly and courteous. A very good place to take your car.
Classic Collision will be the only repair and body shop I recommend from now on. They made a very stressful and frustrating incident soo much easier to handle. Unlike other body shops that I have dealt with, they kept us updated regularly on what was going on with our vehicle, they handled everything with the insurance we didn't have to do anything except make our deductible payment when we picked up the car, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My son's vehicle had damage from someone backing into him and his front bumper needed lots of work. The Classic team was great and did a great job doing the repairs. Ruby helped throughout the entire process and was amazing. I highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs.
