I have requested updates about my vehicle multiple times, including today. Zoe told me she would give me a call back by the end of the day. She did not. This is the second time this week that I was told I would receive an update and did not. It has now been over 4 months since my accident and my vehicle isn’t even being worked on. It has been “being disassembled” for 4 days now. This is ridiculous.

The work done was good quality. The truck was returned clean. The failing was front desks ability to plan and to respond to their own mistakes. Customer service was poor, and although I spoke with front desk Friday before picking up my vehicle Monday, they failed to leave it out for me (which I understand they don't usually do, but it was agreed upon, and I accepted the risks).
