Avoid Classic Collision. The staff may be friendly, but the quality of their work has been consistently poor. They’ve had my truck multiple times in spring 2025 and still haven’t resolved the issues they created during the initial repair. What began as a simple rear quarter panel dent turned into a months-long ordeal. Have had two interactions with Classic Collision. Very happy. Excellent customer service.
Avoid Classic Collision, these guys are terrible. Nice people but completely incompetent. They have had my truck repeatedly and yet still can’t fix all the issues they caused when doing the repairs. They had my truck for a simple rear quarter panel dent for months. From not reconnecting the gas tank to screwing up the electrical on the bed topper. Repair to the other side in 2022 looked great for a year then the paint bubbled up. There has got to be a better option in Anchorage than them.
Classic Collision was 100% the best I've worked with! The staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating. They kept me informed and gave me constant updates, they helped with the rental car pick up and drop off, and were so incredibly flexible. When I picked up my car it looked so good - the inside looked like it had been cleaned and detailed and the outside repair looked amazing. I would definitely recommend them if you need a repair.
Work was completed faster than expected and car was delivered back with a fresh wash and clean floor mats. Exceeded expectations! Thank you!
