An employee should be familiar with items they try to sell you. Not only did he lack knowledge in compression socks, his customer service was terrible. His only comments were ‘I don’t really know, ummmm I’m not sure’. He was not attentive to any part of our discussion. If you lack knowledge in one area, offer to find someone who can.
I think we’re on our 8th or 9th pair bought from them between my husband and myself. Great service and very knowledgeable.

Everyone at Classic City Running wants you to walk away with gear that you need. They have your best interest in mind when giving you information or fitting you for the right pair of shoes. Love this spot. Great staff all experienced and knowledgeable. This store is for walkers, runners, people who are experienced and people who are just starting out. So much more than just buying shoes. It’s great to have people there to help you with whatever you may need help with!
