Going into the store this weekend I had no idea what shoe I wanted. The guys at CCR brought out about ten pairs of shoes and helped me through trying each one on untili found the perfect shoe for me. I went on a six mile run today with my new shoes and had NO pain! Thank you CCR for being so knowledgeable, patient and helpful!
Thanks for helping me find new shoes after I couldn't get my Mizunos! My Saucony's got me through my 14 mile run this past Saturday!! Also thanks for the advice on the different nutrition items to try!
