Between the poor building management, poor communication, and rude emails, I would not recommend renting with Classic City Apartments. I lived at the Portage from December 2022 to January 2024, during which the building went through three management companies. When Centerspace and Mann Companies managed the property, living conditions were decent. But once Classic City took over, it felt like they completely abandoned the place. The management was great to work with when my apartment had a water leak. They accommodated requests and got my place back to normal quickly. Ranae was super responsive and nice. I would highly recommend Classic City Apartments.
I was previously living at one of the locations that classic city apartments manages and had a package I ordered running over to that old address. I reached out to pick up my package and was met with a lot of hospitality as they were more than willing to accommodate my inconvenient situation. Thank you!
