We have purchased 3 new vehicles from CDJ and we've been a long customer of the service dept. We have had no problems until recently. We sold our Durango SRT with an extended warranty, 5 months ago, and we asked for a refund of the unused portion of the warranty. It's been nothing but a delay and deny process of trying to get this refund. A complete run around. We have called and spoke with managers and left messages, and no one helps or will return our calls. We now will buy vehicles at other dealerships.
