I made an appointment for service and they communicated well w me sending reminders and info. I didn’t have to wait when I got there, they took care of me right away. They offered me a ride home but I decided to stay in the waiting area. They have free donuts and coffee, water, etc., and a nice area for people to sit and wait. I chose a table where I could place my laptop and get some work done using the free Wi-Fi. Service was completed in 90 minutes (faster than promised) and I was on my way out. My salesperson Eric Sorto was amazing! He went above and beyond do make sure my fiancé got the Jeep of her dreams! Communication was there and he never left us alone in the process. I highly recommend asking for Eric if you are in the market for a vehicle.
