I made an appointment for service and they communicated well w me sending reminders and info. I didn’t have to wait when I got there, they took care of me right away. They offered me a ride home but I decided to stay in the waiting area. They have free donuts and coffee, water, etc., and a nice area for people to sit and wait. I chose a table where I could place my laptop and get some work done using the free Wi-Fi. Service was completed in 90 minutes (faster than promised) and I was on my way out.
