I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They ran my credit multiple times and promised they could get me approved based on my financial situation and needs. After damaging my credit with several hard inquiries, they completely changed the story and said there was “a long road ahead” for approval. This dealership sells lemon vehicles my friend got a vehicle here got tires popped the first days and it only lasted 3 months before the whole Engine and Turbocharger when bad then they didn't want to fix it even tho it was under warranty cause of sludge in Engine a warranty should cover anything on the vehicle no matter the situation that's why the customer is paying for it

I purchased a vehicle about a year and a half ago from Classic Chevrolet. At the time, I also purchased a warranty service they offer, the Platinum Package, which includes paintless dent repair, as well as windshield rock chip repair. I am currently in the process of trying to file a claim for a rock chip repair. The insurance that is listed on the warranty policy is IAS Warranty Inc.
