RecommendedWent in today for an oil change and tire rotation. One service writer. Where the Hell is Carol? Nobody would say. If Carol is gone, so is my business. Bought my 2016 Silverado from Classic Galveston. No other shop has ever touched it. One service advisor in a busy shop is not acceptable. Carol gone will not work for me either.
