Worst customer service after the sale. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for my registration for almost 2 weeks. My temporary registration is now expired. Been "disconnected" while being transferred. Apparently my salesman is no longer employed there-called him twice and he hung up on me before I could finish saying who I was. Reached out to the original finance manager I signed with via call and text-no response. Been advised business is now Gilchrist Chevrolet. New business says I'd get a call back, no call backs... read more
