I went in to buy an Injector for my Duramax and the parts Hispanic middle aged man tried to treat me as if they were giving charity. Everything changed after I adjusted my tone and raised my voice to show who controls the conversation Yes the customer. Some people like to be treated unkindly.
They market themselves as a family-owned and operated business, but my experience has been anything but welcoming or reliable. After months of dealing with a faulty Tahoe and empty promises, I'm still left with unresolved issues. The customer service is terrible; they say they'll fix things and never follow through. It honestly feels like they sold me a dud and just don't care. I would never recommend them to anyone
