I purchased a Chevrolet 2020 Silverado and it has been at Classic Chevrolet since 08/20/2025 awaiting a replacement engine under warranty. GM has confirmed the engine is on backorder with no ETA. During this entire time, my truck has been completely inoperable. I have requested Courtesy Transportation, which GM advertises as part of their warranty support, but so far neither GM nor the dealership has provided a solution. This has left me without reliable transportation while still making payments on a vehicle I cannot drive.... read more
I hate car dealerships haha but this one breaks the mold. They were very communicative, upfront about prices, and took extra time to find me a truck I could love after the one I wanted was rejected by them to sell because of problems they discovered. That alone shows how fantastically honest they are. Caleb was absolutely fantastic through the whole process, and even helped me with delivery logistics as I had a rental at the time. I look forward to a great relationship with these guys.
