UPDATE (1 week later) I went up to the delaership to get my things out of my truck. When i approached the waiting area service desk, the lady, Lisa, asked me my name, and when i gave her my name she yelled "WHY DID YOU GIVE US THAT REVIEW??" (in front of everyone. Othet staff and customers.) And i told her i was just there to get things out of the truck. I took my truck in for an oil change and had the wiper blades replaced. While the technician was in the process of changing out the wiper blades, he somehow cracked my windshield. The Quick Service Manager called me and expressed his apology for the technician's mistake. Within the same week, the windshield was replaced. Now that's how customer service works. Thanks Classic Chevrolet Service Department.
This place is great if you are in a hurry. They had me in and out while I waited for my vehicle.
The sales team was great. The finance team makes up as they go. Clark Shores added some stuff onto my contract , after redoing it four times, I did not request a copy of the contract. He shafted me out of $4000.00 and Classic Chevrolet will not even talk about it…. I have been down there and called numerous times and NO ONE WILL OR WANR TO DO WHAT EVER YOU DI , ANYTHING …. Our company sends their trucks to this dealership and I brought my truck in a month ago. Haven't heard one word. Nothing. Won't return calls or text. Been in a rental the entire time. I'm OK with it taking a long time but I just need to know what's going on. And what to expect. No communication whatsoever.
