Outstanding service! Tyler and Felix were both such a big help of me getting my car.
Awesome experience!!! Tyler was a great help. I was able to purchase exactly the car I wanted, no back and forth, just a fair price for the trade in and new purchase. There was 1 thing I needed changed on the exterior of the car and the service dept. Was on it. Speaking of the service dept., i took the car in that back and they helped me learn how to take it apart and put it back together (it's a Jeep). Everything was smooth and easy, everyone was pleasant and nice! Can't give Classic Chevy Madison a better review!
Just got a new truck, Tyler and Jess were super kind and helpful, excellent service, Tyler helped with with some new features it had that I was unfamiliar with. Jess helped me explained all the financial details and gave me some good advice, even helped me get a bed liner ordered after we were done with all the paperwork and everything. Super good team, was my 4th purchase from classic always a great experience.
I would highly recommend Madison Classic to everyone, the staff is very friendly and made the purchase of our new 2025 Equinox a comfortable purchase, no pressure!! Our salesman Cam May was very helpful and answered all questions we had and let us take our time choosing the right vehicle for us. Thank you Cam and the rest of the crew. I now have a safe and reliable car! You guys are the BEST!!
