They called me at 8:30 AM and made an appointment at 11:30 to purchase a van, i had to pay a driver to drive my vehicle back after I was going to purchase the vehicle they had, after driving 2 hrs to get to the dealership, they call me when I was a half a mile away and said they had a buyer previously and told me I could look at it if it fell thru, when getting there the manager was very rude, like my time did'mt matter, and did nothing to make it right, if I could give this dealership a negative I would, very bad business t... read more
Very disappointing experience. I booked a test drive, and less than a day later, I learned the vehicle was sold without any notification. When I arrived at the dealership, I waited over 30 minutes past the scheduled time for an associate, who eventually came from another building and told me the car was already sold. Avoid this dealership if you value good communication and accurate stock information.
