We drove through the lot last Sunday and looked at a couple of new cars and googled used cars. Found just what we were looking for and set up an appointment. We were VERY PLEASED with our salesperson Michael Poydence. He knew we were picking between a new Trail Blazer and a loaded used one. He quickly took us to see the used one. They called me at 8:30 AM and made an appointment at 11:30 to purchase a van, i had to pay a driver to drive my vehicle back after I was going to purchase the vehicle they had, after driving 2 hrs to get to the dealership, they call me when I was a half a mile away and said they had a buyer previously and told me I could look at it if it fell thru, when getting there the manager was very rude, like my time did'mt matter, and did nothing to make it right, if I could give this dealership a negative I would, very bad business t... read more
