I have been buying cars and having them serviced at Classic Chevrolet for 30 years (and counting). So I was there on July 9 for an oil change, and I inquired about the missing molding on my roof, I know it was there when I purchased the car from them on February 5, 2024. After the oil change was complete the mechanic came out to tell me they had my molding in stock and it cost $95.00 would you like us to replace it. I thought that was reasonable and I told them to go ahead and replace it. Easy very friendly people
Terrible Customer Experience. I called to schedule my vehicle for repair from hail damage. I left a voicemail and never heard back from the shop. I tried the next day and spoke with the Body Shop Manager. While the receptionist was very polite and professional, Brian was complete opposite. I shared that I was looking to schedule an appointment for repair from hail damage.
