These people are shady and liars. I took my car in for service and they came back and told me the diagnostic report showed a radiator leak and it would be $1,500 and possibly $2,300 total with the thermostat. I took it to multiple people for other opinions and the issue was a stuck thermostat. It ended up being a $500 fix and they told me $2,300 all in. Updated Review: Called a while back to schedule my inspection. For the first time ever, the phone went to voicemail, and no one has called back yet. I was already skeptical when I saw who bought Classic, but I will never go there. It’s not that hard to return a phone call placed almost a month ahead of when I wanted to schedule. Leslie was amazing throughout the entire process! She had great communication, really took the time to understand my budget, and was extremely helpful in finding the right car for me. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The rest of the staff were also very supportive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciated the patience and effort everyone put in to help me. I love my experience here and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!
