I stopped by Classic Chevrolet for an oil change on a particularly busy day. Even with the crowd, I was greeted right away by a friendly gentleman as I pulled into the service lane. I spoke with Greg Gibson, who said, “Yes, we’re busy, but I can fit you in for an oil change.” That alone was great service. But it didn’t stop there — they had a courtesy car ready, and a polite young man drove us to a breakfast spot nearby and picked us up afterward.
