BUYER BEWARE! Kevin required full payment up front for removing pet stains/odor and cleaning the carpet in my basement, which caused me some concern. He alleviated that concern by at first being very responsive and concerned about removing the odor. He sprayed the carpet twice for odor then the day he was to come clean the carpet he texted to say he had to reschedule because a customer had an emergency. What an AMAZING experience! Kevin went above and beyond in making sure that our two area rugs and three bedroom carpets were as good as new. He was extremely communicative and stands 100% behind his work. I was actually so impressed by how well the Chem Dry solution worked, that I ended up purchasing some spot cleaner for my home!
