This is the worst company ever! We were ripped off as well and lost money, we are now unable to get in touch with them for a refund or to have our merchandise shipped back to us! Steer clear!
This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they aren't going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbe... read more
