Bad foundations cause nothing but future problems with Arcadian Homes. They are aware of this and still market their homes.

It has been 7 years of dealing with morons! They go through warranty repair reps faster than my 5 year old does shoes! Took 5.5 years to get a roof leak fixed, now 1.5 years trying to get the drywall associated with the leak repaired. They do not respond to email, website, phone messages or faxes. If you are looking for a new home stay away....way far away.

I would give them a -2 on there homes. Me and my wife are having problems with them also. Our house is 3 years old and it has more crack than a crack house. Our bricks are buckling and foundation is cracked all over. Windows are braking from the foundation giving in. Our house is so bad off that drywall on the ceiling and wall are falling.
